Ripple Empowerment and Inclusion Network (REIN) seeks a full-time PVO Manager in Harare to manage organisational leadership, fundraising, and programme coordination. What you will do • Lead organisational strategy, operations and institutional development • Spearhead fundraising, grant applications and resource mobilisation • Establish strategic partnerships with donors and stakeholders • Oversee programme design, implementation and impact measurement • Ensure sound financial management, governance and regulatory compliance • Report to the Managing Director and drive performance What they ask for • Bachelor’s degree in development studies, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field • Master’s degree is an advantage • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including 2 years in senior management within NGO sector • Proven track record in fundraising, grant proposal writing and donor engagement • Demonstrated experience in programme management and strategic planning • Knowledge of Zimbabwe's NGO/PVO operating environment Apply by 2026-11-11.
