Skylake Drilling and Civils seeks a Group Human Resources Manager in Harare to lead people operations across Skylake and Crystal Cleareview Fencing. What you will do • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations • Maintain accurate contracts, records, and policies • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory matters with Accounting • Advise managers on Zimbabwean labour law and disciplinary processes • Support supervisors in building safe field teams and training plans What they ask for • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration • At least eight years of progressive HR experience, including three years leading an HR function • Sound working knowledge of Zimbabwean labour law and HR compliance • Strong judgement, confidentiality, record management, and conflict resolution skills • Professional membership with IPMZ is an advantage Apply by 2026-11-22.
