What you will do • Support business performance and operational processes to enhance service • Execute daily production plans for consistent high-quality butchery output • Implement cost-control measures and reduce shrinkage • Record daily stock on hand and ensure product availability • Maintain strict housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards • Ensure finished products are hygienically stored and packaged What they ask for • At least five ordinary level passes • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position • Certificate in Meat Cutting and Processing, Blockman, or Butchery is an added advantage • 1 post available
