What you will do • Execute daily production plan to ensure quality store butchery output • Drive customer engagement through merchandising and care service • Implement cost containment plans and reduce shrinkage • Review and record stock on hand daily before production • Ensure finished products are correctly packaged and sealed • Observe housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards What they ask for • At least five ordinary level passes • At least 2 years working experience in retail butchery section • Certificate in Meat Cutting and Processing, Butchery, or Food Processing is an added advantage • 1 post available
