Circle seeks a remote full-time Lead Engineer to own analytics and member growth. The role involves writing code daily, making technical decisions, and leading a small team of engineers. What you will do • Lead, grow, and coach a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with coding • Own the technical strategy and architecture for the analytics stack • Drive the roadmap for member growth, onboarding flows, and activation • Partner with product, design, data, and leadership on growth roadmaps • Adopt an AI-first approach using agents for planning, coding, and review • Design and oversee A/B tests and experimentation for activation and retention What they ask for • Prior experience leading or managing engineering teams and large initiatives • Strong product mindset with the ability to shape requirements • 7+ years of experience shipping production software on complex web applications • Experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and TypeScript
